A cancellation notice within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the requested service.

NO SHOWS will be charged the full 100% of the requested services

Last-minute cancellations (within 20 minutes of scheduled appointment time) will be charged as no-shows.

 
 
 
For groups of 3 or more people:

Within 24 hours will result in a 100% charge of all services reserved.

If you have any issues with your service or any damage the same week of your appointment, we offer nail repairs free of charge. We always provide the chance to repair our mistakes!
